Looking at the new façades of the building, it can be confidently stated that it represents a modern technical, technological, and material concept of façade design, as well as a thoughtful artistic stylization that follows the compositional characteristics of most buildings, not only in the surrounding block but also in the broader area from the same developmental period (Krunska Street, Smiljanićeva, Molerova, and so on).
The Investor’s Decision: Preserving the Authenticity of Vračar is Prioritized Over Maximizing Profitability
In a city like Belgrade, where the preservation of urban landscapes is often sacrificed for profit, it is rare for investors to consciously forgo the maximum construction potential. However, in the Vračar municipality, there is another example.
