The total gross area of the building is 5703.50 m², with a total of 62 apartments, and the terrain is flat.
The exterior facade finish is designed with Bavalit-type plaster and modern composite panels.
The facade colors are a combination of beige and white, while the composite panels are presented with a wood imitation.
- The building is designed with two blocks.
- The biggest challenge was securing the pit for the garages, which extend over two floors. The large area and depth required serious calculations for the foundation pit.
- The building was constructed exactly as per the design, and despite the challenges, the garage was built flawlessly.
The facade is designed in three shades: white, beige, and brown. The dynamic effect was achieved using different textures and relief finishes.
