The uniqueness of this building lies in the fact that the entrance to the business space is located on Ustanička Street, while the entrance to the residential part is on a lower floor, in a side street.
DETAILS
The building features a thermal-insulated “demit” facade in a color combination of brown, dark gray, light gray, and white. There are decorative elements made of styrofoam that add dynamism to the facade.
In the center of the main facade, there is a metal hexagonal mesh that extends from the ground floor to the recessed floor.
