Mirijevo
The building is located on a sloping site in Mirijevo.

Early in the design stages, there were significant changes.
Due to the large number of parking spaces required for this large building, initially, part of the parking was planned on the plot, but due to changes in the law, this was no longer feasible.
The solution was found in underground multi-level parking systems, which provided the required number of parking spaces for the building.
- Specifically large number of necessary parking spaces
- Legal change that led to the consideration of a different system and solution
- Goal achieved with minimal visible settlement, which is only apparent in the garage
The biggest challenge was a condition in the urban planning requirements, which does not allow the entrance to the second block to be higher than 3.35m from the access level.
Due to the specific size and nature of the building, this posed a significant problem.
We managed to comply with this condition, but as a result, there was a level difference between the slabs within the two blocks, so although it was conceived as a single building, it is actually two separate structures that form a unified whole.
This settlement in the slab is only visible in the garage. Due to the entrance and the combined garage below both blocks, the lower garage has a slightly sloped floor designed to neutralize the floor height difference.
